Baymont Inn is the headquarters hotel. You cannot book a room for the conference at the Baymont Inn on the Internet; if you book on the internet, the hotel is listed as full. Your options for reservations are to either call the hotel or send in a fax registration letter. The letter must include your first and last name, address, fax number, arrival and departure date, how many rooms requested, and whether the rooms are smoking or non smoking. The hotel will then either mail you or fax you back a confirmation number. Note on the reservation: "WKU Cave Conference".
